Thurso is a town in the very North of Scotland, the main place for sightseeing of Caithness. There were many distilleries by the river Thurso that runs through this town. Geise distillery stood about 2 miles to the south from Thurso. It started in 1851 but we don't know exactly when it closed. There's a farmhouse that remains its name. The structure from those days remains hidden in a sunken place protected by the local farmers. The malt barn is used as a barn. A precious heritage of Farmer Distillery.
