Bonnington

Bonnington distillery stands by Bonnington Road in Leigh. Balenie & Kemp started the place in 1798. The owner changed several times and in 1853, it was closed. The warehouse is still being used. Now few structure still remains and being used as office and private dwellings. It's famous for the first distillery to apply the Coffey Still in Scotland.The other name is Leith.
