Auchinblae

There's a village called Auchinblae, few minutes drive from B966 to the North, about 10 miles to Southwest from Stonehaven. It's a rich farmland and there are many nice and quiet houses around the village. The distillery was made in 1795 and they use a spinning mill, it was designed by a famous architect Charles C Doig who worked in the 1890's. It was sold after they closed is in 1930, and they use it for garage and houses. Some people still use this place for houses. The pagoda roof that has been a symbol is now old and in autumn of 2003, they renewed it. I'd like to thank Mrs Neil, for being very nice to me while visiting Auchinblae.
